Pecan Freya DVL2 litter
We are very pleased to announce that our homebred girl Pecan Freya, has finally come of age and we have planed her DVL2 elimination pairing!
We cannot express how excited we are about this! Acheiving DVL2 elimination is going to be of huge benefit to the future of the French Bulldog. The DVL2 gene doesn’t only affect the tail and spine, there are so many other benefits that will come from eliminating this gene.
Brussels also has only 1 copy CDDY (over 93% have 2 copies). This is another fixed gene, a dominant gene that is attributed to IVDD but is proving a little harder to find and remove being dominant. We are working on removing the CDDY gene also, but this will take another generation or two. Rome wasn't built in a day.
Great pedigree lines, both parents as always are FULLY health tested including hip spine and trachea scores, Respiratory Function Grading and extensive DNA analysis reports.

Blondie DVL2 litter
We waited a very long time for it to be our Blondie babes time to join the DVL2 elimination train but unfortunately were gifted with just a singleton in April 2024, therefore will be repeating this gorgeous pairing, in the hopes of getting our tail babies, to progress our program and finally be able to produce dvl2 clear dogs.
We cannot express how excited we are about this! We have always tried to focus on better health, functionality and breathing in our lines, but this is top notch! Acheiving DVL2 elimination is going to be of huge benefit to the future of the French Bulldog. The DVL2 gene doesn’t only affect the tail and spine, there are so many other benefits that will come from eliminating this gene. There is a 33% chance the stud will pass on only 1 copy of DVL2 in the babies and if not, the bubs will still be incredibly healthy due to the outstanding health of both parents!

Buggie bug DVL2 elimination litter

As well as being a 1 copy DVL2, the sire is also, only a 1 copy CDDY. This is another fixed gene, a dominant gene that is attributed to IVDD but is proving a little harder to find and remove being a dominant genotype phenotype. We are also working on removing the CDDY gene but this will take another generation or two. Rome wasn't built in a day.

Snickers × Sirius

On 16th September 2024, we confirmed 8+ puppies at Snickers Ultrasound! This is what we were told last time, and she ended up having 10! Therefore, we can now open up positions on our reservation list to 3+ more lucky families for this litter.
Her last DVL2 elimination litter with Sirius' dad Vader was absolutely devine and all 10 of her babies were snapped up before 6wks old, you really don't want to miss out this time!
